Pool remodel paperwork signed

Well, Teresa and signed the paperwork today to get our swimming pool remodeled. We can not wait! It's not cheap, but the changes we're making are awesome.

• New pool filter and pump.
• Getting rid of the plaster interior and going with a light abraisive pebble-tech style interior.
• Adding 3 new patio sections so we can have the grill, patio set, and firebowl set outside.
• Having the 6" raised section of the pool deck replaced since it's cracking all the way through.
• Having flagstone put around the edge of the pool.
• Having all the current decking, plus all new decking, plus our current patio Shasta-decked (cool decked)
• Adding a 600 Watt SAM light (the multi colored pool light).
• New steps in the side under the metal rungs near the diving board. So we can actually use them to get out of the pool. :)

I'll add scanned images of the various patterns and colors when I get a chance.

According to the contract we signed, the demolition should start within the next 15 business day, and the whole remodel should be completed within 40 business days after that. We should be able to have a Memorial Day party with our new pool!
