Time to talk to Tina again

Today I tried to called Tina and talk to her about just giving us a heads up the day before someone shows up. With the 2 dogs here, one of us needs to be here to let the dogs inside. I don't think it's too much to ask for them to give us notice the day before showing up. She didn't answer so I left a message.
